Who is responsible for your personal data?

Eagle Spirit Collective (“Eagle Spirit Collective”, “our”, “we” or “us”) is responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website.

What personal data we collect and when

We only collect the personal data you choose to give us through the forms on this website:

Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, and your message.
Membership, Intake & Waiver form: your contact details, mailing address, emergency contact, your intentions, and health, medication, mental health, and substance-use history, along with your initials, typed signature, and agreement to our waiver.
Readiness Assessment: your answers are processed in your own browser and are not sent to us unless you choose to send your results, along with your name and email address.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why and how we use your personal data

To respond to your questions and requests.
To evaluate whether you may safely participate in a ceremony, and to prepare for and support you before, during, and after ceremony.
To maintain membership records and the waiver you agree to.
To contact your emergency contact or medical personnel if you require emergency care.
To comply with legal obligations and protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Sharing of your personal data

We do not sell your personal data. Health and screening information is only reviewed by Eagle Spirit Collective facilitators. We share personal data only:

With service providers that host this website and process form submissions on our behalf (our website and forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc.).
With medical personnel in an emergency, as described in our waiver.
Where required to comply with a court order or applicable law.
With any other third party where you have provided your consent.

Some pages include videos from YouTube. Videos only load after you press play, at which point YouTube may collect data about you according to its own privacy policy.

Protection and retention of your personal data

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to carry out the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining membership and waiver records, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
